During our more than 30-year relationship with Darvin we have witnessed the store grow from a normal
sized furniture store to becoming Chicago-land's largest furniture retailer under one roof.
Though our advertisement efforts sadly had little to no effect on producing that elusive World
Series trophy, our unique media buying strategy assisted the team in greatly increasing the
advertising coverage year over year with no increase in cost to the Cubs.
At a time when interest rates were nearing record highs (21½%) and facing a depressed market we
created a marketing plan consisting of T.V., Radio, Newspaper, and Billboard advertisements. The
results spoke for themselves as RE/MAX grew to become the #1 real estate company in sales and
listings in Northern Illinois.

A mixture of targeted Broadcast and Cable advertisements were utilized to forge a very successful
24 year agency-client relationship that saw Roto consistently ranked as the #1 Lincoln-Mercury
dealer in the entire Midwest.
Mark Motors Mercedes Benz
During this 25 year agency-client relationship, a combination of strategically placed Television
and Radio advertisements contributed to Mark Motors continually being ranked as #1 for Mercedes
sales in the Chicago-land area.
